PROPOSAL
IDENTITY
PLANBUN set out to do so by devising a distinctive and unifying architectural language and identity, that tells the story of an extraordinary new community centre for learning via:
- a bespoke exterior landscape
- a distinctive facade
- the materiality of the construction
- the coalescence of functionality into distinctive learning, co-working and social areas hierarchies
- designing a set of bespoke arhitectural furniture elements to populate the site and the interiors

APPROACH
The upcoming educational campus for construction, additive technologies & digital art may be reached by foot, bike, by public and private transport. The site corner access leads through a welcoming natural and social landscape to the distinctively patterned buildings front.
TEACHING CORE
A dynamic learning environment evolves around the closed teaching chambers at the heart of the main building, that generate and structure a comprehensive learning process via: teaching - practical learning - experimenting - creating - presenting & social learning.
The teaching ventricles are encirled and complemented by an open coworking avenue that networks: workshop areas with the hardware access point and material library, the ground level cafe and administrative spaces; the social spaces on the first floor; rooftop gardens and various conference areas.
The main campus building is complemented by two annexes: one for recruitment & another plug-in container complex for start-ups, that are organised along their own elevated plaza.
